In Alameda County the court remains closed for general business and they have not been holding arraignments for out of custody defendants during that time. If you were out of custody and had an arraignment date in Alameda County between May 28 and July 31 for an arrest or citation related to the uprising, most likely your case was not charged. The DA may charge you later they have up to a year from the arrest date to file a misdemeanor case, longer for felonies.
